The Tekensee Organization is committed to transparency and the ethical handling of data. As technology evolves, we want our riders, sponsors, and supporters to know exactly where we stand regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) as it relates to our website and your data.

1. Protection of Your Personal Data

We strictly prohibit the use of your personally identifiable information (PII)—including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment details—to train, test, or feed any public or proprietary AI, machine learning, or large language models. Your data belongs to you and is used exclusively for event coordination.

2. Cost-Saving AI and Website Content

We utilize AI-assisted tools during our administrative and creative processes to significantly reduce our operational and overhead costs. By saving money on backend tasks—such as drafting marketing copy, brainstorming event mechanics, or generating graphics—we ensure that a much larger percentage of your registration fees and donations goes directly to our charitable cause. However, all final content, event rules, and safety protocols published on this site are thoroughly reviewed, approved, and managed by the human organizers of The Tekensee Organization.

3. Prohibition of AI Scraping

We do not consent to the content, graphics, structural design, or text of the Tekensee Crabby Domino Run website being scraped, crawled, or otherwise harvested by automated bots or web scrapers for the purpose of training AI models or generating derivative commercial works.

4. Automated Decision Making

The Tekensee Organization does not use AI algorithms for automated profiling or decision-making that legally or significantly affects our registrants (e.g., determining eligibility to ride or pricing structures). All event management decisions are made by our core volunteer team.
